Welcome to the Community & Collective Action module. This module helps you plan and run small, high-impact efforts with neighbours, RWAs, and local bodies-clean-ups, tree care, and plastic-free events. It is a learning-and-practicing module-use the checklists, try a sprint, and iterate.
It is a learning-and-practicing module-use the checklists, try a sprint, and iterate.
In This Program, You Will Learn

1.How to Organise a Cleanup or Green Sprint (End-to-End)
Pick a site, secure permission (ward/RWA/ULB), define roles (Lead/Safety/Logistics/Data), arrange tools and authorised pickup/receipts, and set clear drop-zones (Wet/Dry + e-waste) so diversion is real.
2.Plant & Care for Green Spaces That Survive
Choose native species, install guards, mulch and water on a simple Mon-Wed-Fri roster, and track survival at 1/3/6/12 months with quick GPS/photos to guide replacements.
3.Communications That Mobilise & Proof That Convinces
Craft CTA-first posters/social (what/where/when/bring + one QR), add a map pin, and share same-frame before/after + four numbers (volunteers, hours, kg by stream, metres cleaned) with the weigh-slip to earn trust.
Objective of This Module

By the end of this module, you will:
- Design and permission a small public-good project with clear roles and partners (ULB/MRF/recycler/nursery).
- Execute safely/compliantly and route sorted waste to authorised handlers with receipts.
- Report outcomes with simple, verifiable metrics; set up care rosters and a local volunteer network for continuity.
You can repeat these sprints-short, focused, documented-to build real, local change that lasts beyond a single event.
